About Hancock
The mission of Hancock International College (HIC) is to provide a high quality educational experience to all enrolled language students. The goal of our training program is to have each of our students acquire reading, writing, listening and speaking skills in his or her target language in order for them to prepare for a successful American college experience. Our philosophy is that a language is best learned when written and oral skills are combined.
HIC offers English language classes for non-native speakers including TOEFL. All language classes are taught in a communicative and interactive way incorporating as much cultural content as possible. Thus students learns not only the skills needed to master a language, but also the appropriate context in which to use them while living and studying in the United States and abroad.
